Cuisine

Dinner is by reservation, it is available every evening except for Sunday evening from June to September, and for Sunday and Wednesday evening from 1 July to 31 August.

Breakfast and meals are served in the kitchen, the heart of the house, which boasts an immense granite fireplace.

Continental breakfast with homemade jams, with homemade fouace (a typical french bread) or cakes.

Dinners are typical of the region and include: farcous, truffade or aligot, garden vegetables, roasted lamb, beef or veal from Aubrac. And wonderful 'pâtisseries maison' !
